Context: One of the leading Thermal Power Plants wanted to orient and motivate its new and old employees to ensure environment compliance and work towards making the plant world class.
Solution: The project required a change in attitude through Thermal Power Plant E Learning experience. We developed a storyboard that would transfer the learning through a story format, something that new employees can identify with and get motivated from.
Animation movies were developed that would depict the development of events in the lead character’s life to become a responsible environment compliant resource.
