Context: One of our clients is a leading and fast growing mobile operator in India, they have over 25 offices across India. Company was recruiting at a fast pace, absorbing new employees across locations every month. There was a need to create a uniform on boarding experience across new hires; the experience had to be instructor led, engaging and easy to rollout.

Solution: We developed the content for their New Hire Engagement, creating content from the scratch based on inputs from FGD’s and interviews and leveraging their already existing content and repurposing for the New Hire Orientation. We developed an ROI of Digital Learning for the program and applied instruction design to all content to make it easy to understand and recall.

All relevant content was given multimedia treatment like company events and milestones, messages from senior leaders and heads of departments were recorded and made into animated movies. We developed engagement films for new employees to get motivated. We developed a holistic model for customer service that is easy to understand and train on. Separate participant handbooks were also developed for participants for later reference.
